The hallmark of Alila Hotels and Resorts is the combination of innovative design and crafted luxury in unique locations, set apart by an unprecedented level of personalized hospitality, private spaces, and bespoke journeys. Alila was looking for a design studio capable of understanding the needs of their international clientele and helping ensure the delivery of memorable service.
Alila Hotels and Resorts was looking for a new solution to their online presence, specifically to increase the number of bookings made directly on their own website rather than 3rd party sites such as booking.com. In 2016 generous won the Alila pitch and designed a new website with these goals in mind.
When visiting different properties of Alila in Bali, generous noticed that each of them was completely unique… The Alila properties vary in price, facilities, and surroundings. Therefore, in the new design, the Alila Hotels and Resorts website is the starting point of your holiday. With a selection module on the homepage, you can define what’s important for you and your fellow travelers, and discover which of their properties fits you best.
Generous also worked to develop the assistant - a mobile device, which each visitor receives during their stay at one of the Alila hotels. With the device, the visitor can, among other things, order room service, control TV and music, or swiftly make a reservation for the on-site Spa.
