Founded in 1982, TLM remains the largest supplier of Moto Guzzi and Triumph motorbike parts worldwide. In recent years the company experienced tremendous growth in revenue and inventory, resulting in a complete change of design and development requirements for their presence online. Their digital channels and Legacy Magento platform were becoming outdated and could not keep up with the increasing customer demand. TLM counterproductively maintained multiple channels for their website, e-commerce store, and social media.
With multiple online ecosystem issues, the motorbike giant TLM reached out to Generous for a design and development solution. Such a solution is needed to assess their current online presence, improve and simplify the user experience of their online store, decrease the labor needed for maintaining their digital channels, and prepare TLM for future organic growth.
