In response to these issues, we collaborated with Jungle Minds to create Unilever Connect. An app made specifically for Unilever to fit the needs and wants of the human resources team as well as the employees. With a focus on the vast diversity of Unilever, the Android, and iOS app functions as a stage where multiple dialogues can take place. Our partnership with GraphCMS allows content to be created and delivered to specific groups of Unilever based on their location, expertise, interests, and backgrounds. This personalized feed lets the Human Resources team target audiences for relevant events, news, and announcements.
Unilever Connect also facilitates a wide variety of functions that extend beyond internal communication. For example, the app includes a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, by providing useful tips and pointers. Throughout the onboarding period, the app features dynamic content, related to the first week, first month, or first trimester of the employment.
