Collaboration in concept and app development.
Zwitsal collaborated with Jungle Minds and Generous for the concept, focus group testing, and development of the Zwitsal Baby Name app. The goal was to improve targeted advertising by allowing users to fill out expected birth dates, baby genders, etc. as well as create custom promotions and campaigns, such as a free Zwitsal bottle labeled with the submitted baby name.
By starting the project with a thorough tech analysis, we managed to paint a full picture of Unilever's existing ecosystem of marketing and infrastructure solutions, and any other elements the app was going to integrate with. We also got acquainted with stakeholders, responsible for different IT areas, and made sure everyone knew what was expected from them.
This gave us an enormous advantage throughout the development process - putting in the extra effort before the start of the project allowed our development team to know exactly what to work with, have the right documentation, and establish various points of contact within Unilever’s teams.
